Nutritious Food



Seasonal, local ingredients form the foundation of our school’s cuisine. Selecting healthy, nourishing and fresh produce ensures our students are both well satisfied and grow-up in a salubrious environment.

Our pupils are offered three courses a day: breakfast, lunch and dim sum in the afternoon.

Our weekly menu is full of treats and delights and allows our students to widen their palate with cuisine not only from China, but countries such as US, France and Britain.

On special occasions and festivals, our Fonshin students are also offered a buffet styled luncheon, bringing together the entire age-ranges where they can eat and socialize simultaneously, akin to a large family. Good food and good times await our pupils.
